Oge Swaby is a Principal Business Consultant at NEC Software Solutions, specialising in health informatics with a focus on health registries. With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, she manages multiple customer accounts and collaborates at a senior level with public and private healthcare providers, including industry stakeholders, hospitals, clinicians, and regulators across the UK, Europe, North America and Australia.

Oge co-chairs the International Spinal Registries meetings, where she works with spinal surgeons to establish standardised data practices in spine registries. This initiative benefits surgeons, patients, industry professionals, and regulators by ensuring consistency and quality.

Her passion lies in supporting and developing high-quality, sustainable health registries that leverage Real World Evidence data. This focus enhances the assessment of treatment outcomes and effectiveness, ultimately improving patient care.

Outside of her professional life, Oge is a dedicated mother of two and enjoys everything tennis. She resides in England, where she balances her career with her family and personal interests.
